Highlights of a Home Stager: Loft Living

We’ve got another small space showcase for you! This one was even more of a challenge than our Spring Garden Condo- we had to fit a bedroom into this small space!

Not only did we fit a bed, but also an office, living room, and small dining area! That’s all you really need when you’re living in the heart of Rittenhouse Square!

Tucking the bed to one side, we created enough space for a small living area, complete with a desk for those work from home days.

The final product was a fun and funky loft, perfect for a young professional.

So remember, there’s no job too small for the Sunflower Team!

Highlights of a Home Stager: Character filled home in Rittenhouse Square.

This home has a ton of unique little nooks. They can help sell the home, or create a general unease leaving prospective buyers wondering what they would do with the space. We take pride it turning unusual spaces into eye catching functional living spaces.

A cozy living room with pops of bright colors. The accents on the built in shelving unit draw the eye to the amazing window seat.

It’s great to create little moments within a home to help a home owner see themselves in the space.

Adding a small accent chair shows that this small living room can still be used for entertaining.

A small table with a glass top shows the potential of an awkward kitchen nook.

Built ins are a great way to store and display unique treasures, but they can also limit furniture placement. By using a small area rug, we’ve created a logical place to set a desk in this home office.

A small bench can take the place of a large bulky dresser when ample closet space is available.

Highlights of a Home Stager: Colorful Rittenhouse Square Row Home

When our clients told us they like color we didn’t hold back- we love any opportunity to give a home tons of personality!

This entryway office sets the tone for the rest of the home. Sophisticated, yet fun!

A long open floor plan calls for some organic division of space. Facing the sofa and the accent chairs towards one another creates a room within a room.

Using area rugs is another way to designate spaces for certain functions.

We worked with the already present coral color scheme by picking a bedspread that would not clash with the bold color.

This bedroom was planed around that amazing chandelier. The monochromatic color scheme creates a regal look, with just a pop of color coming from the tulips.
