Highlights from a Home Stager: 3 Bedroom home in Graduate Hospital

17 Aug

This three story row home is in a great neighborhood on an adorable little side street.

Staging the entire first floor makes for a great first impression. So much better than walking into a home with bare walls, don’t you think?

This row how has a smaller living space on the first floor. We used a small round table, with only three chairs to make the dining room look bigger. The glass table top also gives the illusion of more room by not taking up any visual space.

Additional dining was added to the kitchen bar, while also adding a pop of color in the mostly grey first floor.

The bedroom uses a sophisticated pallet of deep purples and grays, with a pop of green thanks to some strategically placed plants. This welcoming layout really showcases the size of this master bedroom.

And, we didn’t forget the mini bar! Who wouldn’t want a mini fridge right inside their balcony door. We added some accessories to ensure that this neat fixture didn’t get over looked by perspective home owners.
