Highlights from a Home Stager: 127 year old Chestnut Hill Victorian

3 Aug

This Victorian is an architectural masterpiece from the late 19th century. We’ve done our best to create an subdued design, and to keep the architectural elements as the focus of the home.

The entryway of the home gives the buyer their first impression, and that staircase makes quite the impression! We complimented it’s design with some light and airy furniture to create a welcoming feel.

In the living room the eye is drawn immediately to the fireplace and its beautiful mantle. We pulled from the blue tile for our design and used a layout that would not impede potentials buyers view of the focal point.

Grays and whites work well with the dark tones of the hard wood flooring and create a classic look.

We lightly accessorized the newly renovated kitchen with pops of green, which give it a fresh lively feeling.

The master bedroom keeps it light and airy with wire furniture and light grays and blues.
