Highlights from a Home Stager: CLASSY CONDO IN OLD CITY- Sunflower Creations, Philadelphia

20 May

HI Everyone!  It’s been such a long time since we’ve had a chance to post because the Spring Real Estate Market has been WILD!!  We’re happy to be back to the blog, and we’re excited to share lots of new listings that we’ve been a part of over the last couple of months!

Here’s an Old City condo that we staged just this week.  The space is huge!  We wanted to incorporate just enough furniture to fill the space, provide layout suggestions, and define function within the open space.  But we also didn’t want to crowd it because one objective of staging is to accentuate the amount of available living space.

We went with a very subdued color palate- Silvers, greys, black, white, and natural wood tones.  Our hope was to neutralize the blue painted walls and give the unit an elegant feel.

I love the way this charcoal and white area rug POPS!

And this pair of classy silver/grey accent chairs add some interest through pattern, without introducing new colors into the mix.
