Graduate Hospital Family Home- Staging by Sunflower Creations

Well, it’s been a while since we’ve had the chance to share our pics with you.

September has been a WILD month with Fall Market in full swing, and a new addition to the Sunflower Creations team (stay tuned!!)

Here is a lovely vertical home in the Graduate Hospital area.

Notice how small the living room is,

A common feature for this type of home, yet a tricky one when trying to sell a vacant property…

In this situation, we suggest staging the small main level space as a formal sitting area (like a parlor), and showing the finished basement as the true casual living space…

And, last but not least,

the third floor master bedroom

This was such a fun color scheme–

I loved mixing the light, pretty colors and textures with the bold industrial materials and high-contrast visuals!
