Diamond in the Rough- Roxborough Home Staging by Sunflower Creations

Don’t get me wrong, I love Roxborough–  It’s been my home for almost a decade now!

But, a home like this is tucked away, and very unexpected in the 19128…

This home is beautiful and modern, but the layout is a little confusing.

Enter into an open concept kitchen/dining area with island seating…  We created a formal dining area in the front of the space, which works perfectly, but may be a little unexpected.

The builder designed a closed off great room, which serves as a formal living room.

This is different from most of what we see in modern construction, but it brings an element of coziness to a normally cold style of design.
