Home Staging Fairmount Area, Philadelphia

25 Jul

This has turned out to be such an amazing month!  Although I put in well over 80 hours last week it was totally worth it.  I have so many things to share with you and to start I want to share photos of Friday’s staging.  I was thrilled when I received the call to walk through this cute renovation in the art museum / Fairmount section of Philadelphia.

I love this area, it’s so charming and family friendly.  This property is located close to one of my past stagings (Art Museum Staging: Swain St) and they were similar in style but still so different.

The owner of this property completely renovated the property and did such an amazing job laying the space out.  A typical row in this neighborhood can feel somewhat cramped.  Not the case at this address!  The builder finished the basement adding a full bath in addition to the 3 bedrooms and full bath on the second floor.

Well if this property is so great, why was I there?  The builder thought it would be helpful to define the space for potential buyers.  I think it was a very smart choice on his part.  With an open floor plan on the first floor it always helps to show buyers how to set it up, so they can picture their own furniture in the property.

In addition to the first floor we staged the master bedroom and middle bedroom.  This was so important because believe it or not, the bedrooms felt smaller without furniture.  Once we put beds in the bedrooms you could see right away the potential and space the rooms really had.

I’m really happy with the way this staging turned out!  They should have no problem finding the perfect buyer for this cute art museum row home.  Thanks to Leon @ Plumber & Associates!  If you would like more info on this property visit the listing here.
