Fishtown Home Staging

11 Jan

Are you ready for some snow?!   Philadelphia is predicted to get 4-8 inches of snow this evening.   100% chance of precipitation. The weatherman isn’t leaving any room for error there.   Despite the sketchy weather conditions my movers and I staged a great property in Fishtown (bordering Norther Liberties) yesterday.

This property is situated in a great area of the city (one of my personal favorites).    Close to restaurants, bars, shopping and my hairdresser (yes, that is important).

What is so amazing about this recently renovated row home is how much space it has!   You would never know from the outside that this corner unit is close to 1500 sq ft. 3br/1.5 bath/finished basement and a side patio great for entertaining.

We staged the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, master suite and guest room.

After I was finished staging late last night I had become pretty attached to this property.   There is something about spending a day staging a property that makes me want to move in every time.

I’m sure this house will make the perfect home for a lucky buyer.   If you are interested contact Ryan Gallagher at Prudential Fox Roach.

My favorite feature of this home would have to be the french doors in the master suite.  Beautiful.  Hope you like it!  If you have questions or would like information about home staging in Philadelphia email amanda@sunflowercreationsonline.com

    Hello!
I recently came upon your blog (I’m not sure how however…) and started following because I am interested in becoming a stager as well. Would you mind sharing some additional information with your staging pics such as your budget and why you choose certain items/locations/colors. I think it will really help me get a little better handle on the biz. Thank you!!
